Coaching Services
LYLS offers online programs and focused coaching sessions for:

1.) Online Programs OR
2.) Life Coaching OR
3.) Personal Training Fitness

The LYLS Online Programs are time limited and each session must be completed before the next one is visible. The fitness challenges have a daily workout which includes physiotherapy exercises to improve recovery! The online coaching programs are informative, encouraging, and instructional with customized PDFs, worksheets and/or quizzes!
There will be either a badge or a certificate of completion awarded for each online program when it is successfully completed within the limited time. The LYLS Online Programs are created and published individually, so keep checking for new ones on the Online Programs page!
My approach is direct, honest, empathetic, active, and focused on growth and positive life changes moving forward. I am present and future focused. I start by asking questions to narrow down the top areas of improvement and to get a baseline for current efforts that each client has made thus far. This enables us to find the focus and the best resources to utilize. Next, I form a customized plan with each client.
Clients are more likely to reach their goals when they are directly involved in building their own plans. In coaching sessions, I do the exercises with the clients...so bring a pen and paper because there will be a lot of information and things to try until we find what works best for you!
It is recommended to start with one specific area to focus on for the online coaching sessions because progress is better monitored that way. The skills learned can then be transferred into other areas of life, which will positively reinforce the learnings outside of sessions.
Fitness sessions are similar, where I start by gathering baseline information and setting clear, measurable goals with clients. I then develop progressive programs for clients based on those goals and walk them through each exercise, modifying as needed and constantly checking their technique. This looks like everything from working out with the clients each time to writing out the plans and letting the client follow it independently if they want to.
I enjoy fitness and understand the body systems at a deeper level, so I answer health related questions readily and develop workouts that are focused and include warmups and recovery. My personal training focuses on strength, endurance, mobility, and healthy aging.
