As a student RN, I cared for patients in extremely unhealthy physical and mental conditions. I was struck by their level of suffering beyond typical aging, and asked what they would do differently if they could. Most said they would "enjoy life more, worry less, and take better care" of themselves when they were younger. I repeatedly saw that patients in severe conditions are there largely due to decades of lack of self care. Working in many hospital units, public health, and long term care, I noticed that patients with healthier habits overcame unforeseen physical ailments like cancer and surgeries faster, with less prescriptions, and did not require follow-up care as often or for as long.
Statistics show frequent increases of obesity, addictions, divorce, crime, suicide, heart disease, and fast-food intake over time. Why is this the trend? Since then, I have extensively researched ways to improve the quality of aging. I gathered appropriate certifications and education to support my clients credibly and then formed this business.
I coach clients with strategies that make surprisingly positive differences in a short amount of time when applied regularly. The revelation that things are much easier to prevent than they are to treat is the foundation of my Love Your Life Strategies coaching business!
My straightforward coaching technique makes it is easy for clients to create their desired life changes in ways that are less overwhelming. The name "Love Your Life Strategies" is picked intentionally, as life should be loved in healthy ways! It is also a constant reminder of what most people share across the world - the desire to love themselves and their lives as they age.

I provide a wide variety of affordable online programs for folks who cannot afford coaching or personal training yet are serious about enriching their lives in healthy ways. These online programs are easy to follow with me as the active coach! I do all of the exercises beforehand in less than ideal situations (sick or stiff) to understand the different capacity levels of clients within my own programs. It is fun and effective for people of all levels! I will release them one at a time here!

I personally research and complete every exercise and focused workout in each program before offering it to others. I care about effective skill building and positive goal accomplishment. I am most rewarded by seeing genuine effort and nurturing client success: I love it!
I am direct, clear, honest, resourceful, insightful, empathetic, action/goal oriented...and sometimes funny. Sessions start with a customized plan formed with each client after they have committed to their life enrichment. I also post blogs to explore different health topics that clients, students, patients, friends, and family, often ask about.
My degree in psychology, with neuroscience and research, is foundational to my coaching programs. Completion of the RN degree courses and the clinical hours spent in multiple different health units lends credibility to the nutrition, external health, and healthy aging strategies that I offer. I am a triple certified fitness specialist, and took courses at Yale and Stanford, regarding mental well being and nutrition. This all provided excellent insights that I share in my coaching.
Life experience is the real certificate because I have a deep understanding of the ways that life is tough. I know what it is like to overcome extreme limitations and achieve personal and professional success! I genuinely love working with people who were stuck or hit hard by life but are seriously committed to enriching their lives in healthy ways because their successes truly inspire me!
