If You Could Turn Back Time, What Would You Do Differently?

When working as a student RN with patients facing severe health challenges in acute care, I often asked what they’d do differently if they could redo something in their lives. Most people stated enjoying life more, worrying less, being kinder to others, and prioritizing their health sooner. The truth? Chronic conditions stem from years of neglecting self-care. I’ve seen firsthand how those who adopt healthy habits recover faster, need fewer prescriptions, and ultimately live better lives at any age.

Why Is This Happening?
​
Despite medical advancements, issues like obesity, addiction, and mental health struggles are rising. Why is this happening? We don't really know, otherwise it would not be as rapidly on the rise as it is. During my time in acute care and public health, I clearly learned that prevention is much more preferable than treatment. That’s why I created Love Your Life Strategies—a coaching business that focuses on people improving their personal and professional well-being in simple, effective ways. The title, Love Your Life Strategies, represents everything that this business lives for - strategic ways of learning and practicing to love the self, life, and others in healthy, sustainable ways. Healthy aging is the goal to beat the trend of life quality declination.

A Smarter Approach to Health & Happiness

My coaching philosophy is clear: prevention reduces the need for treatment. With simple strategies, I help clients to enhance their mental and physical health without overwhelm. I coach on nutrition, natural remedies, fitness, and mental health because these are all part of every human being. If one area suffers, so does another and it is not always wise to pretend it is sunny out while a storm is growing within you. My affordable online programs make self-improvement accessible to everyone globally, and they cover these elements of well being too. Each exercise is tested for effectiveness in less than ideal situations, making the process fun, understandable, and impactful for me to coach and complete before posting them on here.

Over twenty years of professional and personal experiences in acute care, mental health, fitness, the arts, sports, research, and survival gave me an understanding of what truly works to heal deeper wounds and reset negative trajectories later in life. Having lived without safety as a child, spending time on the streets as a youth, and facing abnormal setbacks as an adult and as a woman, I learned the importance of a healthy foundation. I know how to beat the odds and the importance of loving yourself and your life in healthy ways. I am honest, direct, and a little bit funny. I am open minded and solution focused, working with where YOU are at right now and where YOU want to go.
