Christmas Kettle Bell Fitness Challenge

About

This week's fitness challenge will start simply and progress to more advanced throughout the week, using only kettle bells! These are targeted workouts and a summary PDF will be provided for each workout. There will be 6 workouts per week, one new one per day and you get a badge when it is all completed! Workouts take about 30 minutes total, including a warm up and a cool down, and there is a 10 second countdown between each move. Four moves are sustained for one minute each, with the 10 second timer break in between each move, and the whole thing is repeated four times to complete the circuit. These workouts are targeted and progressive and meant to be fun and efficient.
