This week's challenge will start simply and progress to more advanced throughout the week, focusing on stretching and guided meditations only! These are targeted sessions and a summary PDF will be provided for each new yoga routine. Enjoy alternating yoga days with the customized guided meditations that Love Your Life Strategies wrote and filmed just for you, featuring nature videos in Southern Alberta! There will be 6 sessions per week, one new one per day, 3 yoga and 3 meditations, AND you receive an online badge when it is all completed. Relax and enjoy!
