This 5 week program is about managing yourself as you achieve your own specific life goals. The 5 steps are: Mentality Clarification, Restructuring Limitations, Choosing Direction, Taking Action, and Monitoring Progress. Inner health is just as important as physical health and Love Your Life Strategies wants to help you get there by helping you to revise your limitations! There will be one informative video per week with an associated PDF and worksheet. There will be trackable self regulating tasks to do for the week. Each step must be completed before the next session is revealed. A certificate of completion is granted once all steps are completed!
