Service Description
Perfect for people wanting to train their bodies for strength, mobility, and endurance. Customized workout plans for each client, starting with where you are most comfortable! In person and online training options are available depending on location and comfort level. I provide information along the way, too - such as why certain exercises will help certain muscle groups, and I provide a variety of exercises. Do not worry if you do not have gym equipment at home because I will absolutely work with whatever you have, including body weight exercises. I do the moves with you and check posture and form. I focus on mobility, endurance, and strength training - whole body improvement with the goal of teaching clients to carry on their customized healthy exercising programs independently and long term. Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please do so 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the missed session. Last minute cancellations and no-shows are non refundable and not reschedulable.
