I’ve gathered and organized these resources for your benefit, but please note: I am not responsible for the content or quality of these materials. I simply share what’s already available online for free. If any of the links become unavailable, I will promptly remove them from the library as soon as I am aware.

I have no affiliation with the creators of these resources—my goal is simply to bring together useful tools to help you improve your life quality. Whether you’re looking to enrich your fitness routine, adopt healthier nutrition habits, or develop a deeper sense of self-love and mindfulness, you might find something in this library to help you on your journey.

Audio Books:

- The Secret by Rhonda Byrne is about how to utilize imagination and develop a healthy mindset to overcome internal obstacles and start manifesting your goals internally first: AUDIOBOOK LINK

- Her second book, The Greatest Secret, is HERE

- The Game of Life and How to Play It by Florence Scovel Schinn is about learning how life (aka "the universe") works in terms of natural laws and balancing give and take: AUDIOBOOK LINK

- Motivational speeches with background music provide great food for thought while walking, running, or exercising. I am a strong believer in building up the body and the mind together. Longer tracks are great because they can cover multiple workouts, so a person is not listening to the same sounds each time. The brain automatically tunes out redundancy, so a long track keeps things fresh. Here is the link to a one hour video: LINK

- In this shorter audiobook, Neville Goddard teaches about how to understand and utilize your emotions: LINK

- In this audiobook, Neville Goddard discusses the power of awareness: LINK

- In this Audio book, Norman Vincent Peale discusses the power of positive thinking. I put this in here because society today demands that everyone be happy no matter what happens to them...that is toxic positivity. Healthy positive thinking is honest. It does not deny the hurts or angers or other negative emotions associated to most undue stresses...rather, it helps people to become unstuck from their griefs sooner and more longer term if it is healthy positive thinking. The audio book is here: LINK

- In this audio book by Ngaslife, the reader gets food for thought regarding how they focus on the things they get. This is not to blame a victim, but to empower people to direct their attention for and ask for what they want in healthy ways. Here it is: LINK

- This audio book is of Simon Sinek's "Find Your Why" book, and this is for people who feel that they have lost absolutely everything and they do not know where to start or what to try. This is a good book for people who want to start over in any area - business, home, life - at any age. I recommend taking time to think about what is said in this book, and follow the steps that are provided. Actually take the time to write down the steps and then pause the audiobook track to complete the step. It is recommended to listen to the book entirely once before writing things down and doing the exercise. It will take time, as this audio book track is about 5 hours, but what is that compared to the rest of your life? Here it is: LINK

- His prequel book is here: LINK

- Jim Rohn was a well known speaker on business, wealth, ambition, and self management. He has a quirky way of delivery, but the points he makes are easy to remember. Here are 3 of his books via audio book on YouTube: LINK1, LINK2, and LINK 3

Instrumental Music:

- Instrumental Study Music: LINK

- Instrumental Workout Music: LINK

- Instrumental Sleep Music playlist: LINK

- Lullabies for Babies to Sleep: LINK

- Instrumental Music for Sleep: LINK

PDFs:

- Grant Cardone's 10x financial management/goal setting book. It's a simple read, and it is worth taking the time to do the steps he suggests because it helps taking action to be less daunting, since the goals become clearer and more manageable. Here it is: LINK

Other free Stuff:

- Free Coding Camp Online teaches the fundamentals of coding for free: LINK

- Free online coding for kids from MIT: LINK

- Free courses at Course Era (read the descriptions of each class before registering to be sure that it is offered for free). I took 3 courses at Yale and one at Stanford through this site and the courses are very well constructed, self-paced but time-limited, and marked in a timely manner. Depending on the school, they might email you a certificate of completion once the course is successfully completed, but you can also login and see the completed courses, for those of you who might need to prove it to employers. Here is the site: LINK

- Cover letter writer for those who want to use it. It is called one-click worker. You copy and paste the job posting and your resume into this site and it will generate a cover letter for you. Be sure to proof read it, though, as sometimes it'll get a few details wrong or forget to put your name and address at the top of the letter. Here it is: LINK

- Here is another handy AI site that you can type questions into and it will generate answers and tips. It is nice to proof read your assignments or reports before handing them in, to rewrite your resume, or to gather information on business or school related things, mostly. Here it is: LINK
